Description
Refresh upstairs bathroom. Replace toilet and sink with new fixtures. Remove old tile floor and replace with new tile. Reglaze existing bathtub. Build a hollow partition to enclose existing plumbing for bathtub/shower that is currently visible, because bathtub is currently open on two sides. This wall will be six feet high and will allow us to enclose the bathtub with three walls, and have the three walls tiled. We will use traditional shower rod on the fourth wall. We will move a light switch that is currently inside the bathroom to the outside hall just outside the door. We will not be opening any walls or moving any walls...original footprint of the room will remain the same. No plumbing will be moved. The bathtub will be reglazed onsite and will NOT be removed or relocated.
